Thank you Matt - I think it went well. The comment about the Q&A format being too limiting has some merit, but I didn't mind it so much. It allowed me to do more listening than talking :). I also like the opportunity to vote on questions that other people posted.
If people are generally unhappy with the Q&A format, we could consider the following: - Do a Google+ Hangout On Air (but not the Q&A format) - Ask people to only join the Hangout when they have a question to ask. Otherwise, they can watch the On Air stream. - If more than 10 people have questions (On Air allows a maximum of 10 participants), then when people are done with their question, they must drop off to make room for new participants. >From my understanding of Hangouts On Air, this is possible. The downside is that it involves a lot more moderation work for Matt (or whomever is running the hangout). The moderator would have to keep track of the queue of questioners, and their order - this could be difficult.
