I was just thinking that another good way to have people submit questions is 
through IRC while Jeff and Subutai talk on the G+ OnAir stream. People could 
post their questions on the channel or pm their questions to Matt (rhyolight) 
and whoever else could moderate. After Jeff and Subutai finish answering each 
question, the moderator would read from the question queue. I think something 
like that could work well.
