One bioinformatics problem that is simpler but i think CLA can solve is "promoter prediction". Until now this is a problem in bioinformatics. I'm thinking of training CLA on what is a promoter sequence by sequentially feeding it with annotated promoter sequences then after it has learned its pattern, feed it with an unknown sequence and check whether it will predict what part of the sequence is a promoter
