Thanks Austin,
I couldn't make it work either...

as suggested in StakOverflow, I tried to edit the CMakeCache.txt with the
following lines:
2077 //Path to a program.
2078
PYTHON_EXECUTABLE:FILEPATH=/bcbl/home/home_g-m/glerma/software/Anaconda/bin/python
2079
2080 //Path to a file.
2081
PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIR:PATH=/bcbl/home/home_g-m/glerma/software/Anaconda/include/python2.7
2082
2083 //Path to a library.
2084
PYTHON_LIBRARY:FILEPATH=/export/home/glerma/glerma/software/Anaconda/lib/
libpython2.7.so

but it didn't work either. The CMakeCache.txt had not this variables
originally.

I just installed cmake in my system, Anaconda python was already there
(downloaded with git and ./bootstrap --prefix=<path> && make && make
install), does anybody know if I could add any other option for python?

thanks again!
Gari
