In reference to the steps you laid out:
1. Correct
2. You only need to add them to nab/labels/combined_labels.json, following
the format. The raw label files are for running the label combing procedure,
which is run outside of the NAB process.
3. Use 'python run.py --optimize --score' to specify you are only running
the optimization and scoring phases; without these specified, NAB will run all
three phases - detection, optimization, and scoring. For a list of command line
options, enter 'python run.py --help'.
To follow path III, you should enter 'python run.py --score'. If you could send
more details on the file format that's throwing an error, and the stack trace
for the error, I can take a look.
