Hi, As promised the initial checkin of FXMaps is done! I will be working on this and updating the reference implementation (YES! There's something you can run already!)
Please read the landing page for the project: https://github.com/cogmission/FXMaps I will be keeping this up to date as it gets flushed out, the end product will be a (mostly) functional reference implementation showing map features. Remember though I have an ulterior motive which is to use this to develop Nostromo (The Geo Tracking App) - so as soon as I get enough functionality in the ref imp - I will be switching efforts to Nostromo. This doesn't mean that work on FXMaps should/will halt - I encourage others to engage and help flush it out, and I will be returning to it at some point (after the Numenta HTM Challenge, of course).
