Anyone who's registered for the challenge can post messages here. If you join that group, you would not be eligible for prizes. But you should ask Marion via DevPost if you are interested. Marion, if you are reading this, Mark knows a lot about NuPIC! Someone on Gitter (https://github.com/codedhard) was also talking about wanting to do an ECG project, so you could approach him.
