Include
a.Add NUT Function List
b.Add NUT's function for Each UPS model List
P.S We only modify the blazer_usb of the driver to comply add NUT function

Well, I am curious, what does the new driver add ? Currently I am
using blazer_ser ( the UPS is connected to a RPI via a USB-RS232
adapter ). I assume based on the table above that the driver targets
only UPS models newer than mine ?
