Good. Note that some Belkin models (and maybe this re-branded one also) have issues with detecting the power state. So before relying on the UPS to protect your systems, check if this works.

First run 'upsmon -c fsd' to check your installation. This should shutdown the host and power cycle the mains on the UPS. If this works as expected, pull the mains plug on the UPS and check if the host is shutdown when the battery reaches low capacity. You may want to power the host directly from the mains and replace its load by a couple of incandescent lamps.

It may be worthwhile to keep 'upslog' running during these tests (see 'man 8 upslog') to periodically log the status of the UPS.
