we already answered several times to your request:
- USB communication works... sometimes => see below
- your UPS has some (USB only?) firmware issues => NUT can't do anything
here!
contact the Linux kernel list (if it's always working on Windows, there may
be an issue in the kernel)
or your manufacturer or the reseller, or replace your unit.
- I've advised you on a fall-back solution, Ie to test the serial side =>
no news from you!
