Rich, Did you fix the root cause for this log message? Jul 26 19:08:57 run-public upsmon[4897]: FSD set on UPS [email protected] failed: ERR ACCESS-DENIED If not, it is probably related to matching up the NUT master user/password defined in upsd.users, and referenced in upsmon.conf.
