If real, the relative path will make link function dependent on the current directory when it is accessed. Try adjusting the rule so that the link is an absolute path, IE -> /bus/usb/001/010 (or whatever the full path should be).

I have the symlink issue fixed - not sure exactly what I did - might have had something to do with apparmor and the upgrade?

Just the nutserver problem now.
