Today I installed NUT on a RPi via the Home Assistant add-on (HA running on HAssOS), to manage a Liebert Vertiv PSA5. I used the latest version of everything.
At first I got these messages in the log: Bus 001 Device 005: ID 10af:0002 Liebert Corp. PowerSure PST UPS … [13:17:32] INFO: Starting the UPS drivers... This Liebert device (10af:0002) is not (or perhaps not yet) supported by usbhid-ups. Please make sure you have an up-to-date version of NUT. If this does not fix the problem, try running the driver with the '-x productid=0002' option. Please report your results to the NUT user's mailing list <[email protected]>. After adding the recommended option to the config, NUT ran, but the entities presented via the HA NUT integration are, well, disappointing: The second appears somewhat redundant, and, assuming I’m interpreting the first correctly, it is wrong: the UPS is on line power. Is this to be expected? Thanks, Mario Add-on version: 0.14.0 You are running the latest version of this add-on.
