*Dear Network UPS Tools Community,*

I am writing to you with a problem I'm encountering while setting up my Ippon Innova TBE 2000 UPS with NUT on my Linux system.

According to the NUT hardware compatibility list, my UPS model should be supported. However, I'm experiencing difficulties in configuring it and cannot establish a stable connection.

Here is the information about my system and configuration:

 *

*UPS Model:* Ippon Innova TBE 2000

*OS:* Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS (noble) ^

 *

   *NUT Version:* 2.8.1-3.1ubuntu2 ^

   LinuxR-PC upsd[25767]: Can't connect to UPS [innova] (blazer_usb)
   [cite: 185, 186, 187] ... |

I am using the |blazer_usb| driver, as specified in my configuration, and have provided the USB port. However, as shown in the logs, NUT is unable to connect to the UPS.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Perhaps there are specific configuration nuances or known peculiarities with this UPS model or driver that I should be aware of.

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely, Roman
