Ah, I forgot about the vendorid. The string is a regex which must match what is 
printed by the debug output (case-insensitive) rather than a numerical match, 
so it should be "-x vendorid=0463".

I did not see a potential match for battery.charge in the non-explore output, 
but can you try again with the fixed vendorid and "-DDD"?
