How can i delete enteries permanent with PruneIndexTool because when ever i update deleted enteries comes back again.
Well, you cannot do it with this tool - the javadoc explains it. You need to remove the links from the WebDB. PruneIndexTool could be extended to prepare a deletion list to be fed to another tool (to be written...), which would really delete them from the WebDB. Also, an extension to URLFilter should be made (for use in the UpdateDatabaseTool) to prevent the links from being added back to the WebDB during the future updates.
Now, if you have some spare time on your hands, we would gladly accept contributions... ;-)
