I put a copy of the exported bug database at:
http://www.nutch.org/nutch_export.xml.gz
Anyway jira provides an bugzilla importer, so that will be straight forward if the user has the rights doing that.
But Sourceforge does not use bugzilla, so this may require some work.
And I don't think you should have to be an admin to add these bugs to the new system. We need to replicate the submitted_by field, which might be hard to forge. We primarily just need the summary and <category fields to be imported, then we can just have the body of the new bug to contain a link to the old one:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=XXX&group_id=59548&atid=491356
where XXX is the artifact_id.
It would be nice to get more fields imported, but it's not required.
Unfortunately the Nutch Jira bug database has not yet been created at Apache. The request is at:
