This is created after you manually run "ant compile". I couldn't figure
out how to configure the classpath in Eclipse to make the runtime
loading of plugins work... probably there is a better way to do it.

This is needed by one of the plugins. You need to download it yourself,
if you need to build that plugin (it's turned off in the default build
config, so you don't really need it).
