problem with runing nutch in eclipse

I can run nutch successfully under windows using cygwin. However, there
is always a error "No URLs to fetch - check your seed list and URL
filters" when I try to run the nutch in eclipse with exactly the same
settings. Can I run nutch in eclipse under windows?
