nwamadm enable/disable can only be used in objects whose activation-mode is
"manual".  In your case above, the link NCU e1000g0 (class phys) has
"prioritized" activation-mode, which means nwamd automagically determines which
NCUs to enable.

IP NCUs are slightly different and nwamadm can enable/disable them.  The
reasoning being that a user may want to disable IP on an enabled link.
