As Anurag noted in comment #4, not being able to enable/disable
ncus which have activation mode other than 'manual' is the current
designed behavior. However, being able to override conditional or
prioritized activation mode for all profile types will be addressed
in the solution for http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=8506.
The other issue raised in this report is the man page bug mentioned
in comment #3. I'm going to change the summary of this bug to be
about the man page bug; the issue of enabling non-manual NCUs will
be addressed by RFE 8506.
