Right now, there is no way for a user to trigger a rescan of wireless networks
using the CLI.
If it's not added as an CLI command, it should be at least added as an option
when asked to select a WLAN.
(The [not distributed] phase 0.5 nwamui CLI command handled things here by
having the interaction with the user, and the events being in a seperate
thread, so that the user at any time could instruct nwam to take an action,
which is more similar to the way the GUI would work).
