snv_118 bfu'd 2009-07-13 x86 & sparc.

1. create a user profile, nwamcfg create -t Automatic ncp User
2. enable user profile, nwamadm enable -p ncp User
3. launch nwam-manager-properties
4. selected a configured interface e.g. bge0
5. select current ipv4 setting "Manually Assigned"
- enter a valid IP address into Address field
- enter valid network mask into Subnet Mask

6. select OK.
7. relaunch nwam-manager-properties
select bge0

expected result
bge0 is configure manually with address and netmask set in step 5.

actual result
bge0 is configured with dhcp.

Similarly, if user selects to disable interface bge0 - it remains enabled.
