shows the system after restart'ng network/physical:nwam
In the attached screen shot I 'svcadm restart nwam', nwam-manager goes through
the set of states showing nwamd going down and coming back up, states changing,
etc., but then nwam-manager never gets back to where you can interact with it
eventhough the rest of the system is copasetic.
