debug log

I had a wireless pc card plugged in to my laptop; I ejected it (which caused
a panic, see CR 6789997). After reboot, with the pc card still unplugged,
nwam continued to include the NCUs for the pc card device (pcan0) in the
Automatic NCP:

chin-ho# nwamadm list -x
TYPE PROFILE STATE AUXILIARY STATE
ncp User offline conditions for activation are not
met
ncp Automatic online active
ncu:phys e1000g0 online interface or link is up
ncu:ip e1000g0 online interface or link is up
ncu:phys wpi0 offline conditions for activation are not
met
ncu:ip wpi0 offline conditions for activation are not
met
ncu:phys pcan0 offline conditions for activation are not
met
ncu:ip pcan0 offline conditions for activation are not
met
loc Automatic online active
loc NoNet offline conditions for activation are not
met
loc Legacy offline conditions for activation are not
met

The device does not show up in 'dladm show-dev' or 'dladm show-link' output,
so nwamd should be able to figure out that it is no longer present.

Debug log is attached.
