[nwam-dev] code review for 10082 and 10097

Requesting code-review for the following bugs:

Bug 10097 involves changes to usr/src/cmd/cmd-inet/lib/nwamd/enm.c.

The remaining changes are for bug 10082 (memory leaks).  I found these 
leaks using nwamcfg and then with ::findleaks on "mdb -p `pgrep 
nwamcfg`".  I tried to test all commands and combinations.
