I don't believe that this is a GUI issue - the GUI is updating for me with the
latest in trunk, where a fix was made to better monitor state change events.
With respect to the delay in stopping the service, that is an nwamd issue. It
would make sense that on the event occurring a re-evaluation of the conditions
should occur, but I believe that it is done a periodic cycle as opposed to for
each event, since it could bring a system to a virtual stand-still if several
events occurred in quick succession.
Saying that, I'm sure the period could be shorter, reassigning to nwam core
team.
