I pushed changes on 24th July that lead a refresh (as would happen with a
config change) to trigger a condition reevaluation in 5s - since the dates here
are around the 27th, it's just possible you weren't working with an nwamd with
these changes. Could you check if this is still a problem now? Thanks!
