During SST testing of OPenSolaris 2008.11 rc1b we've found that NWAM shipt two
applets with inconsistent GUI.

1. Panel applet (gnome-netstatus-applet)
Tooltip: IP address and active interface
Left button: unconditionnaly opens `connection properties' gialog
Right button: standard panel applet menu, where `properties' opens
`connection properties' dialog

2. Tray applet:
Tooltop: active interface type and state
  Left button: Nothing
Right button: Interface priorities and wireless setup menu

So actually first one should be left-clicked for meaningful actions, while
second one should be right-clicked. We believe that this inconsistency will
annoy users.
