NWAM West: 8:30AM MPK/11:30AM BUR/4:30PM DUB

Attendees: Michael, Darren, Victor, Alan, Karen, Anurag, Renee

1. Phase 1 status
   - Schedule reports as of 12/10 are posted.

   - Closing in on dev complete; should hit that by 12/19. Will spend
remaining time before break and first week of January (week of 1/5)
doing integration testing and internal code review, and begin
     external code review on 1/12.

   - Travel to MPK in February: will be week of 2/2. Those who will be
traveling should start making the necessary arrangements.

2. Phase 1 gate
   - Be sure to update your closed bits: Anurag has done the sync
with build 105, and the crossbow putback affected both usr/src
and usr/closed, so you'll need both sets of updates to build.

3. Docs
   - Steff has posted to link to 2008.11 guide; please take a look
     when you have a chance.

4. Bug fixing
   - Darren hopes to push his fixes this week, though he's having some
issues doing testing right now. Look to be driver (or at least
non-nwam) problems, but needs to confirm.

   - Anurag has a CR request out on networking-discuss for the spaces
in secobj names bug (6766937); Michael will review.

NWAM East: 5:00PM MPK/9:00AM BJS

Attendees: Victor, Eric, Karen, Lizhong, John, Alex, Renee

1. Review of earlier meeting; see notes above.

2. Schedule
   - John's ND dependencies: let rest of team know if missing info
is blocking you. Michael has state machine details mostly
worked out, but not all written down yet. Tunnel support will
not be in initial integration (will come soon after), so is not
a top priority for test development.

   - For QE tasks, we need to revisit the duration estimates/
completion dates, and make sure everything is up to date.
Lizhong and Alex will do that today.

3. Test gate: putbacks should work now; John will send notes on what
the issue as assertions are completed, please get those putback.
