* support for PPPoE: We've had several questions about this on the
  mailing list recently, and another one that came down from management
  this morning. Discussed options; conclusion was that this might be a
  good use of ENMs; we could deliver appropriate scripts that installed
  an ENM to set up/tear down PPPoE connections. This will be a post-
  phase-1 RFE, but it could be fairly high priority, and should also be
  pretty straightforward to do.

* location service and nwamd startup behavior: more discussion of this;
  the big concern as noted by Michael is that by having nwamd enable/
  disable the location service, we're interfering with the observability
  that SMF provides. Discussed the problem of making the signal to nwamd
  that it's okay to install the location synchronous; from the point of
  view of the event/door interface, it's not much of an issue. We'll plan
  on this approach for now, but Anurag will also run the question by the
  smf team as well, to get their input.

* known wlan list: Alan has done some preliminary work to make this an
  object like NCUs and locations; looks like going this route is not only
  architecturally better (than simply moving forward with the existing
  file), but also easier to do. So he'll go that route.
