I reboot the machine, then got the following error:

Then I found the log in file /var/svc/log/network-physical:nwam.log like
this "svc:/network/physical:nwam and svc:/network/physical:defaut
shouldn't enabled at the same time".
So I disable the svc:/network/physical:defaut,
after reboot, the svc:/network/physical:nwam is online now.
