NWAM Debug messages

When I boot with a cable plugged into the wired port everything seems to start
up fine, but in contrast, if I boot without a cable plugged in I seem to get a
very different behaviour.

On boot into OpenSolaris with the 06/04 bfu on top, wireless it not brought up,
and the NoNet location is active.

In this case autofs isn't able to connect to localhost, and as such it results
in /home/darrenk not being mounted - but I'll log another bug against that and
focus on the wireless here.

If I run nwamadm list -x, I get the following output:

TYPE PROFILE STATE AUXILARY STATE
ncp Automatic online active
ncu:phys e1000g0 offline conditions for activation are not
met
ncu:ip e1000g0 disabled disabled by administrator
ncu:phys iwh0 disabled disabled by administrator
ncu:ip iwh0 disabled disabled by administrator
ncp User offline conditions for activation are not
met
loc Automatic offline conditions for activation are not
met
loc NoNet online active
loc Legacy offline conditions for activation are not
met

I don't know why it says "disabled by administrator", but I certainly didn't
disable anything.

I can make things start to work again by plugging in a cable, and then
unplugging it, so it looks like nwamd is stuck somewhere until that happens.

I'm attaching a log of nwamd which I hope will help.
