cannot add new location
Having manually added a new location using nwancfg e.g. Office
also note 9641 - errors reported on adding network service
similarly removing a network service reports as error - however the network
service is actually removed.
There is is an exception, the last network service listed does not get
removed.
Having configured e.g. 3 network services for location Office
e.g.
Office
enabled=boolean,false;activation-mode=uint64,0;nameservices=uint64,1;nfsv4-domain=string,ireland.sun.com;nameservices-config-file=string,/etc/nsswitch.files;svcs-enable=string,svc:/network/ftp:default,svc:/network/login:rlogin,svc:/network/nis/client:default;
1. select Office, edit in the nwam-manager-properties -l dialog.
2. select network services tab
3. remove e.g. svc:/network/nis/client:default
an error dialog pops up (see 9641), - the service is removed
4. remove e.g. svc:/network/ftp:default
an error dialog pops up (see 9641), - the service is removed
5. remove svc:/network/login:rlogin
an error dialog pops up (see 9641), - the service is NOT removed
i.e.loc.conf still contains the rlogin service.
Office
enabled=boolean,false;activation-mode=uint64,0;nameservices=uint64,1;nfsv4-domain=string,ireland.sun.com;nameservices-config-file=string,/etc/nsswitch.files;svcs-enable=string,svc:/network/login:rlogin;
