There are two bugs here:
1) Is the failure to update the icon in the panel
This is due to a bug where the number of wireless NCUs was reset to zero,
and
thus the timer event to do the update never updated it.
2) The icon in the nwam-manager-properties dialog was never picking up the
actually signal strength, and as such it incorrectly communicated it
in the radar (defaulting to None).
Both of these have been fixed in the sources.
