can you attach the full nwam log, and provide the output of "nwamadm list -x"?
I'd also suggest using a more recent build and trying to reproduce this,
ideally the latest builds at:
/net/zhadum.east/export/ws/amaguire/nwam1-build/archives/sparc/nightly.2009-06-24
/net/trigati.east/export/build/amaguire/nwam1-build/archives/i386/nightly.2009-06-24
