[nwam-dev] need details for ncu and enm's condition chart

Hi all,
    Now there is a detail chart for loc condition, at opensolaris website,
  http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/nwam/p1spec/Location_Spec/
but I can not find the corresponding one for ncu and enm.
    Is their condition the same as location? Can all their activation set to
the same enum(MANUAL, CONDITIONAL_ANY, CONDITIONAL_ALL, SYSTEM)?
