NWAM West: 8:30AM MPK/11:30AM BUR/4:30PM DUB

Attendees: Michael, Karen, John, Nita, Alan, Anurag, Renee

1. Phase 1 status
   * Discussed final dev task list. We're making good progress on the
tasks; unfortunately, new tasks are also being added. Progress can
     be tracked at http://wikis.sun.com/display/NWAM/P1+Dev+Task+Status.

   * Nita is getting organized on approach to gui help; should be ready
to dive in when we have functional gui/on bits for her to look at.

   * Question for east meeting: need to better understand what's blocking
them, and the extent to which they're blocked. Will discuss tonight.

2. C-team status
   * CV (Test sponsor) has just approved the test plan for inception;
Renee will contact Miguel immediately following meeting to schedule
review. Update on this: Miguel has us scheduled for Monday, 2/23
at 1pm pacific. More details to follow.

3. Test hardware
   * Have been offered a few more laptops for testing. They're all in
MPK17; Renee will track them down later today to find out exactly
what is available. We could likely put another two to good use,
assuming they give us expanded coverage (different hardware, network
     devices).

4. OpenSolaris-based installs
   * We need to have an IPS repo to update from. Renee followed up on
this after the meeting, and it turns out there's really no good way
to do this right now. For now, bfu on top of opensolaris installs,
without acr, is a reasonable approximation. Also, work is being
done to make doing this more possible; Renee will track down status
     on that work.

NWAM East: 5:00PM MPK/9:00AM BJS

Attendees: Eric, John, Lizhong, Alex, Renee

1. Test blocker issues
   * nwamadm: problems with enm script execution; Lizhong and Anurag have
been working on this, and Anurag pushed a fix yesterday (should be in
     last night's build).

   * location tests: Automatic, NoNet locations aren't being created; can't
move forward on those tests. Renee will look into this.

   * automatic ncp: when a device is removed, its ncu is not removed from
the automatic ncp. Should it be? Will follow up on this in a separate
     thread.

   * A good reference for tracking work is the task wiki mentioned under
item 1 in the west meeting notes. In order to make it easier to
match changes to bfu archives, Renee will add a column to that table
with the integration date, which should map to the bfu archive date.

2. Test integration: would be really good to start putting code back to
common workspace, so libraries can be shared, and differences in code
layout/organization can be resolved. Lizhong and Alex will work on
   this next week.
