Based on the discussion, I think the right solution for this bug is to add a
warning
about non-destroyable entities that are encountered during a 'destroy -a'
operation;
but the return value will remain 0 (assuming no other errors), and the result
will
remain the same: if it is/was active, the User NCP will not be destroyed.
