Now I found that the ncu up is emitted in a wrong case: ** (nwam-manager:16854): DEBUG: Interface e1000g0 is up with address 0.0.0.0 ** (nwam-manager:16854): DEBUG: default_ncu_up_signal_handler: NCU Wired(e1000g0) up ** e1000g0 is in UP state but it doesn't have a valid ip (probably running flag), but signal is emitted at that time. So notification will get an icon based on an inactive ncu.
