It has been found after some discussion that the IP Panel as it's currently
implemented isn't mapping well to the underlying API.

Specifically the issues are:

1) IPv4

- It is possible to have >1 dhcp source, and mix of static and dhcp.

2) IPv6

- IPv6 has DHCP and Autoconf enabled by default, but right now unsetting it
  doesn't have any effect, so the GUI shouldn't allow it to be unset, and 
  should only allow the addition of static addresses.
