Please provide more details. Did you run "run_test nwam nwamadm" or a
particular test and then the Legacy location did not exist? What are the
contents of /etc/svc/volatile/nwam/create_loc_legacy say? Since the Legacy
location is created by the net-nwam script (and not nwamd), provide the nwam
SMF log from /var/svc/log/network-physical:nwam.log.
