Steps to reproduce:
1. Start orca speech and nwam.
2. Wait for a while, then there will be several bubble popup and send
information, which includes the current network status, wireless selection
available and etc..
Bug observations:
The updated labels in popup bubble are not accessible to orca except the first
poped bubble.
Additional info:
Orca is listening the window create event in notification-deamon, nwam gui only
creates 1 popup bubble, and keeps on updating the contents displayed in this
bubble. This makes orca skipped the information followed after first piece.
