If you have a server machine with NWAM 0.5 enabled with a static IP, and that
machine upgrades to Phase 1, then on reboot that machine comes up with a DHCP
address as opposed to the expected static IP. If you don't have access to the
console then it's very difficult to locate the machine on the network.

I think that this behaviour should be fixed or at least well documented so that
the admin can be prepared to either:

- locate the machine and/or ensure 
- access the console
- somehow influence the initial state of the server on boot.
