I had a known wlan that I removed using nwamcfg while nwamd was still running.
Surprising me, on removal of the network cable, nwamd continued to connect to
the wlan that I removed, looking a a wlan key.
When I restarted nwamd it did what I expecte, which was to seek selection of a
network.
This potentially could be a security issue if you had connected to an open
network once (e.g. linksys) and this was stored as a known wlan. But even if
you remove it
nwamd ignores this and connects again to it.
