The wifi network that a NCU is connected to is remembered in
nwam_ncu_t.ncu_node.u_link.nwamd_link_wifi_essid. When the known wlan is
destroyed in nwamcfg, no check is done my nwamd to see if any NCU is connected
to that wifi network. So, unless disconnected or a higher priority network is
found, nwamd remains connected to the deleted network.
