IGNORE: any comments addressed to Alysson, the editor. IGNORE: Broken cross-references. These will be fixed when I run tools on the content next time. I wanted to get the chapters out now, so everyone can take a look and we can address any glaring problems immediately. When the team meets again, we can decide on how to divide the chapters up for review and talk about when I need your feedback. Roughly, I'm looking at sometime before Thanksgiving, but everything hinges on your integration date. Any delays you have will impact when the doc feedback is due. I have a drop-dead date that I will give you. I think it will work better to split up the review work by chapter for this 1st round. For the 2nd round, I can send out a revised PDF that can be generally reviewed and commented on by all. Let me know if you have any questions or problems accessing the file.
