RC4
1. enable user profile
2. relaunch nwam-manager-properties.
3. select any interface, move it down into 'always disable these connections'
4. select ok
5. relaunch nwam-manager-properties, select show user:interface in 'always
disable these connections' i.e. the interface moved in step 3.
expected result
ipv4 and ipv6 settings for interfcae should show disabled
actual result
ipv4 setting shows 'DHCP assigned'
ipv6 setting shows (Enabled)
