This bug may be complicate. I found that in Automatic Ncp and Loc, after I
connected ap10-3, and then plugged in the cable. I still saw nwamd report
connecting ap10-3, but dladm show-wifi showed 'disconnect'. And I saw nwamadm
show-events has an extra flag 'SC' behind ap10-3, is it wrong?
