Could we use the restart_on property of dependencies? Currently, autofs'
dependency on the name-services milestone is restart_on restart; but
milestone/name-services' dependencies on the various name services are all
restart_on none. If we made those restart_on refresh, would that work? I'm
not sure how the restart_on values apply to starts and stops of the services...
